Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure & Termination

Either you or rbajee42 may close or terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

Voluntary closure by the player: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team at support@rbajee42 with a formal request. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by rbajee42: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC checks.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including underage gambling.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee as notified in advance).

In cases where an account is closed by rbajee42 due to a suspected breach of these terms, any funds held may be withheld pending a formal investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be returned promptly. If a breach is confirmed, rbajee42 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the held balance to offset any losses or damages caused by the player's conduct.

Following account closure by either party, you remain bound by the obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions with respect to any activity that took place during the period your account was active.
